Rohith Chandrasekhar from Kerala, India works as a Director – Editor in Malayalam Films. After completing his Graduation in Engineering in Electronics at the University of Calicut, he got to know about his passion and love for film which led him to associate with well-known directors and producers of the industry TK Rajiv Kumar, Dileesh Pothen, Girish A D, B Ajithkumar, Sangeeth P Rajan, Christo Tomy, K R Manoj, etc. and with major productions like Bhavana Studios, Collective Phase One. He worked with Blue Mermaid Production and Media Mill for the video content production of the 35th National Games of India.
Rohith directed two short films, both screened and got awards in major film festivals across the nation and abroad. Bangalore International Short Film Festival, Pune International Short Film Festival, Kolkata International Film Festival, Signs Film Festival, and Flamingo International Film Festival are a few of them. His Script ” Yami “is officially selected for HessenLab,21 at Frankfurt, and mentored by Eminent film producer Sten Saluveer.
